All the sites hosted by the same DC are currently down they Cogent is installing a new router for their network. Should be back up within the next hour or few.
The DC has been in the process of moving to a differant wing of the suite they are in so downtime has been expected the last week or so. Thats another reason their site has been loading pages a bit slower than normal as well.

I have a few servers in the same DC as Bitsoup thats how I know.
Youll also notice alot of other Torrent sites down at this time too.
