price watch! (http://www.pricewatch.com) great all around price comparison place

Froogle, googles price comparer (http://www.froogle.com) this is a bit new, but already getting rave reviews...

Google Gear (http://www.googlegear.com) I buy alot of my hardware for pcs i build there...

Newegg (http://www.newegg.com/) Another great retailer, Newegg, where i buy hardware from also..

and of course, never forget Ebay (http://www.ebay.com) If your around at the right time of day, you can get some steals on ebay!

http://www.dabs.com
Cheap and reliable

http://www.overclockers.co.uk
Good quality stuff

Both UK only

Posted by: Gandalf on Crack

PriceGrabber (http://www.pricegrabber.com)

This place takes alot of the cheapest online stores and puts them all down for you, tells you the cheapest w/ S and H included.
Works very nicely...

Posted by: chalkmongoose

TigerDirect.com, Nationwide-Computer.com
NC's been in bankruptcy for about 6 years, and they still work wonders. Also, for 35 bucks, they'll also build your machine for you (and yes, I am that lazy)

Posted by: ilw

Overclockers.co.uk actually deliver all over Europe i've just found out. Any chance of updating that first post?

Posted by: boyzeee

www.novatech.co.uk tippy top place to buy innit! :D

Posted by: Arcadia

EuroPC (http://www.europc.co.uk/cgi-bin/web.storefront) (UK)
are very very cheap. They mainly sell refurbished gear.

Posted by: Soul814

umm www.officemax.com has nice rebate cds and www.pricegrabber.com is often cheaper then pricewatch...

now what do you think is the number one cheapest place?

Posted by: SciManAl

i'd like to put Compgeeks.com on the table, they have desent prices, and sales that are extreme... don't have much on the high end of the spectrum... but plenty for the average comp user...

Posted by: h121589

Best Buy is the a good place & its kinna cheap

www.bestbuy.com

Posted by: Smurfette

Aria Technologies (http://www.aria.co.uk)
CCL (http://www.cclcomputers.biz)
Eclipse (http://www.eclipse-computers.com)
Javelin (http://www.javelincomputers.com)
Komplett (http://www.komplett.co.uk)
Scan (http://www.scan.co.uk)
Stak Trading (http://online.staktrading.com)
Watford Electronics (http://www.watford.co.uk)

Being in London, Komplett are my favourite source because it's a right PITA to return faulty stuff to Yorks/Lancs/Staffs.

I dont think so .... might be but ... pricewatch has much more variety (or at least for the stuff i have been looking for) so I would say:

No1 : PRICEWATCH without copmetition
