Why can't i edit my avatar and signature?!

i wondered when i tried to edit my avatar and signature :huh:
i edited it before but whe i try to do that now it say that i'm not authorized to do that !!!!!
can any one of mods help me?:unsure:
my signature was removed also although it is not against the rules
it was containing the phrase "Thanks God" only.
please help ............
