In case anyone's wondering how I got such a high score... Set the wheel button on your mouse to 'double-click' using Intellipoint. ;)
I have it on 'double-click' at all times - saves wear-and-tear on the left button (especially when playing daft games like this!)

It makes up for the fact that I can't move the mouse properly. When they bend over and i move the mouse, it only gets to their ass once they've stopped bending over.
I got the high score by just staying on the left one and middle-clicking like crazy.
