It's made by Dr Damn. It has been around for quite some time.
But it is nowhere near as good as Kazaa Lite.

imesh lite
just installed and scanned with ad aware and it found 98 pieces of ad/spyware :(
now just like the old imesh its being a bitch to uninstall so stay away from this 1 folks unles you want some ad/spyware ;)
