Here is where you ask whether a tracker is down or not, so that the questions are centralized and there are less excess threads.
I didn't find any thread on this, so I suppose I should start one. Mods, if this is a bad idea, please delete.
I'll start. Is Bitme down for anyone else besides me?

some sites check for inactivity on the tracker, not the website(not many)
or perhaps they manually deleted a bunch of unused accounts.
pointless signing up for a private community ur not going to use, just stops others who will use it get that spot.

You can ussually check on TPG to see what sites are down for maintenence ect.. Alot of the private communities have sections there to answer users questions in these circumstances.

The tracker appears to still be functioning tho, so if you were lucky enough to be in the middle of dl/up-ing stuff it should still work (at least it is for me).

PureTnA site appears to be back up, there is still something strange going on with their Tracker though, a search of any torrent on the site lists 0 seeders, my torrents appear to be uploading ok, just not downloading.
Hopefully the guys at PirateBay are on the case.

I can't seem to access the site with a browser on my comp.
To be honest, I never used it much, and don't recall what my ratio was.
Perhaps I've been banned? Never been banned anywhere, so I have no idea how that works.
Or maybe there is something funny with my ISP?

I did configure my router to use OpenDNS for my DNS server.
Maybe there are issues with this?

Still can't access GOEM, no matter what DNS settings I have. Have confirmed that the site is up and running.
Anyone have any suggestions as to why this would be the case?
I did manage to access a google "cached" FAQ section of GOEM, and it does state that if banned, you should be able to access the site - you just can't log in.
I called my sister, who uses the same ISP as me, and she can access the site without problems.
I've never encountered anything like this before, so I do not know what is up.
My suspicion is my ISP, but I want to be certain before I call them and complain....

I really hope that most of the uploaders will still be here and continue uploading great torrents, that's one of the things that makes Blackcats great. And I am sure that after this unfortunate event, Blackcats-Games will be a much better tracker than before.

We've been experiencing difficulties with our current host since quite some time now, and it has come to a stage where we need to make a switch.
The site has been pulled down while we try to sort things out. The tracker will keep functioning for another couple of days.

you'll only be able to seed on the files that have been re-up'd to the tracker. download the new .torrent files from the tracker.
