Dowloading Problems!

Help!
I am sitting behand a firewall, and i am connected.
my problem is, that i can not download, and got that status on the download "more sources needed".
what is wrong, and what can i do!

you need to download stuff with many users have (the + sign next to the name and look at the bandwith total the hiher the better)
If your using norton IS make sure to set up a rule to "allow" this to acess the internet
if your using blackice than make sure to allow internet sharing (check box)
both are in there optionssettings area!
