What part of making them exactly do you need help with?
You can use Photoshop, or you can use the countless sites that makes userbars for you.

yaa im tryna use photo sho pto make my own but i tried to make some and i was having difficulty with the instructions, so im just looking for someone who could provide some easier instruction:)

Go on pixel2life.com and you'll find tutorials on all sorts of photoshop things.
