i downloaded the matrix reloaded and i dont feel like burning it so is there a way i can change the .bin to a .avi? or something simliar to that

Alternatively, you could 'mount' the images with Alcohol120% or Deamon Tools.
It adds a virtual cd-drive and tricks the pc to believe a cd (with the selected image) is in that drive
