Windows License Migration Loop

I downloaded an audio WMA file and just clicking on it opens a Windows Personal License Migration window that closes the folder. I can't even delete the file. Any suggestions on dealing with this?

If you can't delete it in kazaa then use the search function in windows start menu and then delete it.

Tried to delete it that way and couldn't. Ended up transferring all the files except that one from the folder, then deleted the whole folder. Nasty bit of programming from Microsoft Media Browser if you ask me!!!!
