Average Speed On Emule?

I tried downloading a pretty common mp3 on Emule yesterday it was only about 8 kb/s. Is that how fast it usually is? There were 20 ppl with that file btw.

e donkey/emule are a waist of time it is a very small network compared to kazaa and everyone wants the same files so downloading takes ages
only use it in emergencies when kazaa hasent got the files you want
i can download a 700mb file in 3 1/2 hrs on kazaa but it took me 11 days on edonkey/emule
it also depends on servers but kazaa turnes everyones computer into a virtual server wich increases speed
when you start edonkey update the serverlist straight away this will help a little but not much
