Once you've got Grabit installed you can just click on a NZB file to start downloading.

Indeed.
They are like torrents, or the old kazaa verifieds, or emule thingies.
Only with a really fast and reliable server, with no need to keep up a ratio, or get an invite. It's like the real internets.
