;) I made a directorie called shared and downloads. I but 105 mp3 in the shared directory . I can see what I am downloading but the upload shows nothing can someone help me to upload. thanks in advance

tiu don't need to upload yourself. People are searching for files. If someone wanna have the file you have, he tries to connect to you and start downloading the file. If he downloads, you upload.
btw on the corner down to the right there has to be "sharing 105 files" if that's the case you're able to share.

kazaa needs some open ports to upload,
you can change it in tools>options > firewall

Just want to add if you're on xp with the xp firewall enabled, then crack open port 1214 so the outside world can get in. ;) just an idea. LOL
