Unable to log onto Comcast's Newsgroup

I have the correct user name and password, because I can check my email, but for some reason whenever I try to log onto it I get an authorization error.
I followed the directions as followed on the comcast website, and have tried to use different clients.
Any help at all would be great.
EDIT: I just found out that the email address I have been trying to use, is not my primary email. Unfortunately I don't remember what it is, is there anyway to find out what it is?
