Does anyone know of a site similar to VCDQuality that rates download movie file quality? VCDQuality seems to be tapering off in content.

With the invreasing speeds and cost vrs. that speed ratio always dropping, and excellent recoding engin's available (DVDRebuilder ect.), and fast pc's, the posting of dvd9's has been on the increase. With that, you (the 'consumer') is in control, make the backup to YOUR specification.

I dont think there is such a site. A reason for many dupelist sites to not publish screenshots/nfo's is the amount of bandwith they use. If you dont have access to a rls then why bother checking the quality ? If you have access then there is no problem in downloading the sample or downloading the first couple of rar's to make your own sample.

CAM, TS, TC no, DVDSCR, DVDRIP yes, are the only rules you need.

True but a good TS can be as good as a dvdscr or as bad as a CAM.
(MaVeN's copy of Cars for example)

It may be found in the title of a movie.
