Shareaza Problems

I downloaded shareaza version 1.8, and it always says connecting to network, but never connects as i never get any search results. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

I don't know for sure, but you have to optimize the connections by configuring it. You can connect to Gnutella2 and e-donkey and Gnutella1 (the old one). Also you can take a look under 'network' so u can see for yourself if there are attempts of connectingto the networks mentioned above.
