Suddenly No-one Is Uploading From Me

thanx to whoever you are behind this amazing program!
last few days no one is uploading from me. this, using two different computers. in both i have "traffic" and "advanced" set at the default values. my participation level and self esteem are plumetting.
when i run a test to try to download an image file from myself, the search screen says "finished the search without any result" although i gave permission to download this file.
