first of all i have no clue if im posting this in the right place so if im not then admins feel free to delete this
alrite now lets get to it
i have recently d/led "clean" imesh and i have noticed something i find rather disturbing....the "accelerate" (find more users) function or what-not has to be done manually.....lol i know i sound lazy and all but is there an fta (speed up) type of program for imesh....??? if anyone knows of one plzzzzzzz let me know of it

Imesh has been thoroughly trashed around these parts as a spyware laced, hardware preoblem causing, slow downloading piece of shit. And no I don't know any speed up tools or fta's for it, sorry about that. :D

First off, I would like to thank slick nick for pointing out the obvious. Second, starstorm, please review my thread a little ways down titled "The iMesh Experience" you will get my report on that.
I believe I am speaking for everyone on this forum when I try and encourage you to use kazaa lite for your downloading needs above iMesh, trust me man, I've used them all, K-Lite is the best, thats why I'm here.
Well if you really really want to use that sh!tware, you may download what I think is the latest version of diet kazaa. Goto a search engine, and hit up their website (www.dietk.com sometimes works). Chip Warner(the author) made it for Kazaa/Morpheus/Grokster/iMesh. If I'm not mistaken, I saw the iMesh option on one of the versions (after 1.03), try the latest may work for you. I never bothered with incorporating Diet Kazaa with iMesh (iMesh didn't stay on my HD that long), but it may work if thats what you really want to do.

The clean iMesh is fine. iMesh doesn't need an accelerator because it automatically searches very agressively. Just use the same folders for both programs so you can resume your downloads in either one.
