Twenty-two year old Scott D. Harvanek of Tucson, Arizona has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit criminal copyright infringement and actual criminal copyright infringement.
He quite possibly faces 5 years in jail and a $250,000 fine for violating the Family Entertainment Copyright Act for seeding "a pre-commercial release work" (Star Wars: Episode III?) on EliteTorrents.

Glad i didnt touch that torrent....it was sooooo tempting but i wanted to see it in theaters.
