Gungrave. Nothing like naruto/bleach but its still action packed. Story is on a whole other level.

Elfen Lied, Haibene Renmei, Death Note, .Hack//Sign, Rurouni Kenshin and Serial Experiments Lain.. I know they are nothing like those but they have very interesting story plots.
Anime movies - Akira, Spriggan, Howls moving castle, Princess mononoke hime, Steamboy, Sky blue and Spirited away.
