yes they are some a few are out that can play demos and a few full games
spec are theses

Good 3D card
Recommended:

there are no official working emulators i wud watch any that say they work because they are either most liley fake or not safe or need space ship specs :P

PCSX2 was the first PS2 emulator to be released which actually did something - nowadays it plays nearly every PS2 demo and already starts to show something in commercial PS2 games as well - one of the most promising PS2 projects for sure !
