Under General Cat, New Sup-category(ies)?

"general" seems to broad for certain concerns that deserve their own subcategories. how about under "general" a new "associated software apps" category, that covers firewalls, antivirus, antispyware, media players, rippers, burners, maybe operanting systems, maybe a special section for linux apps, etc....maybe even hardware? to make it easier for those of us who want to scan those areas frequently.
