Fileheaven does not have an invite system, it's closed for new signups as the existing members create enough traffic as it is and to keep a low profile as a reaction to the death of quite a few ed2k related sites in the past few years

Fileheaven used to give out invites 2 months back, they stopped now.
They never had an invite system. Although if you're a well known and trusted member I guess you could beg the admins for an opening for your friend.
