hi guys ..
i have a little problem with my traceroute account ,,
i've been a member for 32 days and uploaded 21gb
AND my ratio is above 1.2
but i didn't promote yet ,,,
any ideas what can i do ?
here is a F&Q about promotion ,,,
Power User Must have been be a member for at least 28 days, have uploaded at least 20 GB and have a ratio at or above 1.2. The promotion is automatic when these conditions are met. Note that you will be automatically demoted from this status if your ratio drops below 0.95 at any time.

i think you should PM staff or just wait some time.. my promotion wasn't automatic too..

Big no-no.
Just be patient, they are notoriously slow at acting on promotions, and site updating as well, just wait your time, carry on doing what you've been doing and your promotion to PU will happen.

My account is disabled, I was a member for 1 week, ratio ~1,5 (upload 1,5GB, DL 1GB), No cheat, no H&R ;/ so why my accoun is disabled, please help me :(

Oh on TR are so funny people. I have thesame net provider what person who invite me, but he live in another city and have another IP (staff think if beginning of IP is thesame all IP is thesame). They think this is cheat and I had 2 acc on TR. I have DSL and 1 IP so how can I create 2 accounts? ...
