yeah
I was wonderin wat the hell cue files are because i found a vice city download on up2 dat and there was four files.Two of them were .cue files. Do I need cue files 2 play da game?

You need .cue files + the .bin, or data file, to burn the image to a CD or transfer it to a virtual CD.
The .cue is a text giving instructions to the burner for format, etc.

You dont need the Cue to install the game, you can mount the BIN on Daemon Tools or any CD emulator and install it that way

You could extract the file with winiso and burn it with nero.
