well, i was watching the first game of the world cup between Argentina and France, it was a good game though Argentina played best in the first half and then knew of to defend the second half when France was all in, the score was: France 12 - 17 Argentina, it was a good start for Argentina, France looked nerveous, can't wait to see the other matches

I thought France really bottled it. Argentina are a good side but they didn't have to do anything special in that match they allowed France to make mistakes and just kept it solid at the back. I can't see New Zealand being too worried about facing either side in the quarter finals.

Yes they have had a couple of poor results in the latter stages of the last two world cups. They were awesome against Italy this afternoon though.

Some incredible results so far. England were awful against S Africa, just kept kicking the ball to them - and Ireland????? :blink: They should have perhaps lost to Georgia.
New Zealand continue their awesomeness, thought Portugal were really good sports and kept at it even when they were 108 points down. Hope NZ decide they need a bit of rest when they play us next Saturday.
