You have to be a member for two months and have fifty posts. If you want a poll created before that request a Staff member post it for you. You could also have them add it to a thread youve already posted. This is from the pin in this section...
Posters - Your title will change to Poster once you have 50 posts and been at FST for 60 days.
(can create Polls (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=85687) in any section and will have an increased PM capacity of 250 messages)
