Hi,
Have d/l a film off k/lite which says it's an avi,have tried to play it back in windows media player and divx player but only get the audio,have also tried to view it through nero express but get "unsupported file format",any advice p;lease.

check whick codec it needs throuhg g-spot and make sure you have it
if not then it's time to update your codec's
and next time try to ask questions like this in the right part of this forum

Probably XviD, just delete all codecs and install the new klite codec pack.
