Port forwarding

Hi
My problem is my P2P client, BitTornado T-0.3.17, stops uploading when the download of a torrent has completed, even though there are leechers. My ISP is throttling my upload speed once the download has completed. I do not have a router installed, but a Linksys LNE100TX 5 EtherFast 10/100 LAN Card. What PFConfig software do I need for port forwarding?
