New screen, Problems

Hey,
my brother gave me a LCD 19" WD screen.(without the box..)
the problem is that when i go to Monitor Propreties, it says that i'm using the old one..
i don't know the name of this screen too =\,
i wanted to know if there is a way to know the name of the screen that is connected now.. ?

Windows Update can probably find the correct driver for it...my monitor has a number on the front of it i can look up
