Well after Metrostars comments on starting up my own webpage with my DVD sleeve designs, ive gone and done it...All covers are free to download & if u fancy uploading your own designs contact me by email at the address on the site..Come and have a look..Its in the early stages but i will be improving the site greatly over the coming weeks!!! ;)

Just tried em and they work fine but only in either Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator (they are .eps format)..but ya can (ahem) download Photoshop from a P2P program not very far from here (its really worth getting it if you wanna design covers proper.) Good luck m8! ;)

Cheers Dapadipz and good luck!!...Stonecold i'll see what i can do with them logos converting them to either psd or jpg , gonna have to give me a little time on that one m8, theres tons of logos to convert...otherwise get y'self Adobe Photoshop from the P2P (its really easy to find and has loads of sources)..then u can use them logos no problem.. :D

PSP7 is probably the easiest to use... its more of a begginers program and ive gotten stuck to it (and photoshop runs SLOW AS A MOTHER FUCKER on my computer :x)

NB-If anyone else is interested in Uploading covers to the site just contact me and i'll send you my DVD Templates...Its just the blank cover with stuff like Audio details, THX logo and other stuff on it..then all u have to do is add your images to it...It makes life so much easier...and quicker!!! ;)

Have a search around on the web for DVD logos and stuff..I'd send ya my packs but i deleted the F***as recently and still cant remember where I got em from...Until then just cut em outta my Templates and then paste em wherever in your design..Hope that helped.... ;)

If you want, I'll just scan my dvd cover and touch it up in Photoshop if ya want, wont be origonal, but it doesn't really matter, it's not on the web.
Also, Slimboy if I may make a suggestion. Sometime in the future, you should list the pages in alphabetical order instead of numbers. Just to help out people who haven't been to the site before find the cover their looking for.

Yeah cheers m8, i'll have a think about it...Just gonna start tweaking the site a little..gonna bring in maybe a 'search' button and list the covers alphabetically...I know there aint that many covers up yet but all that stuff can be in place for the future..any more comments greatly appreciated... ;)

PLEASE NOTE-I think there is a slight error with my Index.html (main page) on the site...just seems to be loading up really slowly (all other pages are fine)..so stick with the blank screen u may be getting, the main page will appear!!! ;)

mine thing i would recomend is to add the 4 latest covers (one on top of the other) under the alphabetical listing

Hopefully all image errors should have been fixed by now..just a bit of teething trouble there...and in reply to images loading up slow..yeah that can happen with the full size image (maybe thats me not thinkin about the 56K lot)..in time i'll probably .zip all the files... ;)

This is what makes the Site worthwhile..positive comments like that..and yes i'd like to think that in the space of 3/4 months the site has improved in terms of looks and useability..Its down to a few people, Metrostars for planting the idea in my head, StonecoldFreak for designing many covers for the site and myself for having to much free time on my hands LOL :lol: :lol:
And yeah feel free to design covers for 'Covernet', just grab the template offa the site if you need the cover dimensions and stuff..thanks for the offer..this is what i need to make the site grow to massive proportions!!! :blink:
Oh yeah and if anyone fancies hiring a 'Graphic Designer' (fully trained) i'm open to offers...theres nothing like cheek hey? ;)
