I doubt it. A while back when it was mostly swedish users they wanted to expand. Anyhow itīs working for me now but I have a swedish IP. See if it works for you guys.
edit: They have been DDosed for quite som time now. Thatīs why the site has been so slow.

jesper12345 (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/members/jesper12345-179432) told me ( i hope u dont mind im giving the info ) that he talked there with someone of staff and they told him that due to the ddos attack they having a problem so right now the site is running on nordic ip only.......
dont really see the connection between ddos attack and banning ip's

Yeah, DDos attacks and hacking attemps, why doesn anyone even want to be a member of powerbits?
a couple of weeks ago their admins account got hacked, and exposed their "tjuvtitta" fuction, whic means they could read through all members pm without their knowledge.
and the tracker itself isn't exactly good, slow speeds, bad content, 90% of the members are ratio cheaters, people that have uploaded 3 tb in a week dont get banned, they get promoted^^

I really don't agree at all... the content was great with very good preetimes and so many content for swedish users and mostly english scene.
The speeds was awesome because the most were swedish users...
a shame...

It's up now and they say that there has been a DDos attack. They recommend to use the https address while they are doing this
