there's leeware,kimsufi,keyweb that come to mind. kimsufi only accepts certain countries.

I'm looking at the Vectoral seedbox. For $40 you only get 500GB but I'm wanting to try it out before I venture any deeper than that. I want to make sure I can hit the ground running before I get into this leasing situation where I'm on the clock.

Yes, it's a dedicated server with root access.
