Can anyone please help.I have recently upgraded my pc,but am unable to connect as i did with the old system.if i go back to the old pc i have no problems,but as soon as i return to the new one the pc says it is unable to open 119. i am assuming that this is the port the progam uses.how do i open it?

What firewall are you using? You got Norton Internet Security or some other security package?

you can try ports 23, 25, 119, 1720, 3128 and 8000.
maybe others depending on your provider.
but i, like multiforce think this is a firewall issue.
