so if i use a proxy on a private tracker(dont worry you are allowed to use a proxy on the site i am on) will the bandwith count towards my internet bandwith?

are you trying to talk about the torrents? each torrent you download is specifically assigned to your passkey i think, so it will add to your account :)

some trackers dont allow this and might be banned there
