... i do :( especially on my box, im always in awe at when it reaches over 3mb/s, i just feel proud for some reason :D

I always glance at it for a few seconds at a time just to see how things are chugging along. Generally I prefer to just check the two trackers I'm downloading from at a given time.

I check it regularly to see what I get upload on, especially if it's on some new site where I need the upload.
But to answer your question, I used to do it when first starting out on private sites.

stoned or not, i find watching my client "work" strangely hypnotic.
i check my client is working ok every few hours and often just stare at it for a few minutes.

I check it regularly, and if I see that a torrent that hasn't uploaded in a while is uploading I watch it for a while to see how it goes :D I used to watch it all the time though :P

Yup...I like to see what kind of up speed I'm getting on which trackers and on what torrents...but I really just check it every once and a while so it's not "watching it" I guess :unsure:
