Banned from usenetserver ?

Hi
I can't connect to any servers from usenetserver, I also can't connect to the website.
When i try with another IP(VPN) it works i can log on to the site.
I called my ISP and they said that it has nothing to do with them, that i should contact usenetserver (which i did ... waiting for a reply)
Could My IP be banned from usenetserver ?
Edit : i tried other newsgroups and it all works well from here
Strange that it's just usenetserver.
Edit : All solved , i got a reply by email from support.( it came from usenetserver)

Me too. I just sent them an email and am waiting for reply. I'm guessing it's because I setup a custom route.

If you happen to have the same problem as i did :
Send an email to support, give them your IP and the problem should be fixed.
