PL cheat only matters between 0 and 1000 - Anything above 1000 is considered the same as 1000.
In other words - It's always on the same value. Don't worry about it.

The system needs work...I was at like 15000 at one point, turned off the cheat, and it seemed like I dropped to 980 with like 5 mb of downloads.

The PL Cheat fluctuates between 9000 and 19000 or something close to that depending on the day of the week. As long as it is above 1000 it is treated as 1000, so don't pay it any mind.

Nothing we can do about it, that's how it's SUPPOSED to work when you're not cheating!
