that is a very good question....i have been trying on and off for 3.5yrs..ok i usually give up within a few hrs...but it is the #1 mystery of the internet....
now someone is gunna say ya just dload the program and connect to delnet or something and start dloading...but there is no one that will ever be able to explain/answer this question with enuf detail to get it working for most ppl who want to use it...which makes irc the best way to dload something cause less ppl use it making the very long queues slightly shorter than they would be if it was easy to understand..
.and even my reply is easier to understand than using irc..imo ;)
