Usenet forums in English

I see links to a lot of forums/sites in a lot of Usenet posts.

Example:
(http://bintube.com/NZB.aspx?pid=3b2fd2760a74fc63654156befe7be667) -+> WWW.CROSSPOST.NL <+- [001/206] - "buffy collection cordelia dvd5 retail nl subs.sfv" powered by download2day (1/1) (http://bintube.com/files.aspx?pid=3b2fd2760a74fc63654156befe7be667)

Every time I go to sign up at one of these forums they all seem to be non-english forums. Does anybody know any forums where usenet uploaders fill requests and post scene content and the primary language used is english? Just curious ;)

Never download any of their stuff they post sets of rars with passwords. Trying to force you to join their forum W should all give them the two fingered salute.

Not really a forum but newzbin is English cost money to download the NZB:lol:

On merlin's portal they have a rule against requesting so it's just another NZB indexing site :/ An example of what I was looking for would be like FTNforum.nl except in english. Sorry for not giving an example like that earlier.

We should start our own little private reupload group @ FST

(Won't happen though just to have made clear ;) )

I think that would be very convenient to have a section like that
But I also agree with you that the chances of having a reup section are slim to none

Edit: so anybody find anything promising?

So, none of you are uploaders? Maybe we should just learn dutch then :P

Well, I upload a bunch of things but generally not on request from forum posts that can be found using Google :whistling

And I thought I was okay on google
I just found Alt-Bin site.

I tend to post various stuff, some requests I see in the groups themselves, or if I am looking for a repost of something

Care to mention what forums these are? ;)

I've come to the conclusion that probably the best way to request files for Usenet if you're an English speaker like myself would be to use IRC or by making a request post on a newsgroup.
