Cannot create new polls

I was going to create a new discussion thread but seems that the option to create polls doesn't exist:blink:
Is this happening only with me or it has been disabled?

The member usergroup (which you are in) does not have the ability to post polls.
AFAIK only Poster does (and the special groups: news poster, nzb poster, bt mod, moderator, manager; not sure about forum star).
Maybe RealitY disabled it for you guys, or maybe you never had it to begin with. I can't remember which...sorry.

n00bs Members Posters and FST Crew
n00b - Your title will be set as a n00b when you you first signup.
(can access the Arcade (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/arcade.php) and all sections of the board though some are restricted)
Member - Your title will change to Member once you have been registered at FST for 1 month.
(can use the BitTorrent Invites Section (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/forumdisplay.php?f=90) and will have an increased PM capacity of 100 messages)
Posters - Your title will change to Poster once you have 50 posts and been at FST for 60 days.
(can create Polls (http://filesharingtalk.com/vb3/showthread.php?t=85687) in any section and will have an increased PM capacity of 250 messages)
FST Crew - These positions are chosen based on certain forums such as posting News regularly.
(set as forum moderators and will have an increased PM capacity of 500 messages)
