4 layers (text,shadow,glow,bg) - unable to change .psd to transparent .gif

I need help giving this .psd i made on a website a transparent background and converting it to .gif.

All I did was delete the background, the alpha channels were already on the three other layers. As you can see, something is seriously wrong with the glow layer.
Can some one make a correct gif for me, or at least let me know how to make the little transparent pixels inside the glow layer transparent.
