Encrypt BT traffic on a mac

How can I encrypt BT traffic and use it with Transmission?
In transmission there is the option to ignore unencrypted users but there are times that is not possible because of low-seeders or whatnot.
I think what I am doing is one-way traffic? I simply want to run all my BT traffic on a certain port and have transmission use that port.
There is guides for Azureus and utorrent, but none for Transmission. I simply want to have better sharing ratios because I use Comcast, and they use throttling.
