Newegg for general parts, occasionally Microcenter.
FrozenCPU and Petra's Tech Shop for cooling and specialized hardware.
US Plastics and MSC for raw material supplies.

Newegg has a great selection, very reasonable shipping costs, and their RMA department is very fast at returning the fixed/new item back to you.
TigerDirect is alright, but they are a little more pricey, shipping is a little more.
On my last build, I chose all the parts I wanted, both on Newegg and TigerDirect.
Newegg was about $150 cheaper with shippingwere calculated in.

Newegg is prob my fav usually the best price but by far the easiest to navigate site.
Microcenter is very good too I got my vid card there for $50 cheaper :) here is the link Shi

Clubit looks like they have some good deals also at times better then NewEgg...
When in doubt I say, and looking for the BEST prices Froogle, AKA Google Shopping...
