Did Tamava Reader close down?

Tamava Reader was one of the easiest binary newsreaders to use, ideal for a first-time newsgroup user. It did NZBs as well as unrar and unpar files. It also would fetch headers.
Tamava was free and ran on any operating system. I just noticed that the site is no longer up, and even the Google Cache is not there.
Does anyone know what happened to Tamava Reader?
