system.exe in pendrive

when i refresh my pendrive i am getting this system.exe hidden file, if i delete it and refresh, it again comes, i scanned that file through the antivirus KIS 7.0 & norton symantec endpoint protection but it shows no threats found, how to remove it from my system.

List of virii using files called system.exe.
If it is a virus and it keeps adding itself, there is probably a process running you need to shut down and take care of.
Have a look if there's anything in your autostart folder or in your registry, under startup, that looks suspicious.
Trend micro has a standalone scanner and removal tool, System Cleaner, you could try getting, it should catch anything in that list.
