Why not subscribe to the group you want files from, and just post a request in it..?

thats because no one will see u unless they search for for your post , meaning a formal request is needed..... we all see the "upload [bla-bla]please" while where are in the binz.. but no one gives a f*ck:noes:

You should try all three options:
-Post in the respective group(s)
-Post in usenet-related forums
-Try some IRC channels
I have had the most luck in the IRC channels. It is better if you spend a little time there to become known. It helps people put a face to these requests.
