Anyone know how to make this damn wireless card work? I have googled the hell out of it and still can not come up with a answer. Lots of people have the problem. Some people get it fixed but do not really state how it fixed. Any suggestions. Any have the problem and know what to do?

Have you installed the latest drivers and firmware from the support page (http://kbserver.netgear.com/products/wg311v3.asp)?
