Imagine seeing on the silver screen the comic book coming to life.
The Predator stealing Alien eggs....
Dropping them in populated areas.....
The eggs hatch and all hell breaks loose on the population.....
The Predator swoops down for battle against the general population and the Aliens....
This movie would've been made instead of Alien Resurrection but Sigourney said she would never work with an Alien movie again. Guess what the franchise does not need you.
Alien 5 is rumored to have James Cameron attached who himself said he would like to have Arnold as a Marine and fighting on earth.
(so who needs Sigourney?)

alien ressurection wasn't very gd...i think the first and second alien were the best...iheard they were doing the alien vs pred thing but whether it was true..idont know but it would be a super film...well id say it would be worth a see. big arny would be cool innit sick of sigourney weaver. Not sayin shes a crap actor or anythin but i am sick of her. lol

James Cameron is talking about doing Alien 5
AVP is a separate movie.
Also being batted about (for some time now) is Predator 3.

Alien 3 and Alien 4 were both terrible. Predator 2 was terrible, too.

The Crusade scriptment has been around for a LONG time.
Something about 2 prisoners, one being Arnie, that are captured and somehow the other prisoner manages to burn a cross onto Arnie's back. When the captors see Arnie's back they take it as a sign from God and enlist him in a Holy War (The Crusade).
I didn't think any Alien or Predator movies sucked by themselves. I wasn't watching the movie and then wanted to leave but....
Alien 3 and 4 did suck ass when compared to Aliens
The same with Predator 2 vs. 1.
Alien 3 killed EVERY major character that survived from Aliens. WTF!!!
The only thing cool about 4 was the new Ripley and Gary Dourdan from CSI.
One cool thing about Predator 2 was the end....
You find a whole band of Predators and see an Alien skull as a trophy.
Great crossover appeal!!!
By the way Cameron RECENTLY said that wanted to be involved in Alien 5. He also said he hated Alien 3 and like T3.

I've waited for this film to come out since Predator 2 was in the cinemas. They even put an Alien's head on the trophy wall at the end of Predator 2 to tie it in with the Alien films.

i have got digital satellite, and it rare i watch any shows. i usually watch football(soccer), wrestling and the films. the only programs i have watched have been buffy, angel, and special unit2 in the last few months.

the movie's tag line: "Whoever wins... we lose." you know, if this movie ends up sucking, that phrase is gonna be used to great comedic effect in a LOT of reviews... :lol:
for prolly the millionth time, i gotta say... paul w.s. anderson's movies have all been so mediocre that he oughta be making chucky sequels or direct-to-video flicks for full moon entertainment, since the special effects and milla jovovich's bare ass are the only thing separating his stuff from the bottom of the barrel. they couldn't find anybody else to direct this thing? was roland emmerich too busy? or the guy who did jurassic park III? i'd settle for any director who has a better grip on things. <_<

Apparently there is a 3 minute long scene with a fight between an Alien and a Predator, where an entire room gets destroyed....a little unrealistic maybe, seeing as the predator is supposed to be a high tech warrior and cant handle one alien, but still.

I think movie will most likley sux, the script is basicly humans discover "pyramids" in the north pole drill down in the ice to get access to them and the predator follows them in, who has been waiting for humans to get access so it can then hunt Aliens.

It may just be me being stupid but as like in the game, if a predator comes to a show down with a Mother Alien, to be honourable to its clan it disables all its Electronic Weaponary and basiclly fights to the death.
Exactly like it does in Predator 1...He probably thought Dutch was a king human or what not...took all its cannons off and basiclly done to the death with him...then blew him self up....Maybe The Predator blows its self up as well as the Alien :)

I totally agree with you, 3RA1N1AC (freaky sc). Mortal Kombat was a movie that could have actually been awesome, given a better director (plus a better cast and crew in general). Soldier and Event Horizon weren't bad movies, except that they were so freakin' slow! Those are really the only movies of his I've seen, but my point is that this is a director who could really screw up this movie which millions of fans have been waiting over a decade for. How could they hire such a shitty director for such an anticipated movie? The only way this could end up being a good movie is if it ends up being Anderson's breakthrough job. And a big one at that.
