I think hacker may not get anything since I used to delete all mails but he got my other mail addresses and sending spams to those
where should I report I only found report spam option in gmail

Follow the forgot password forms, eventually you will find an option for if nothing works to get teh account back you can contact gmail support and explain the situation.
They returned my email account back to me this way, it took a few days for a response though....

Explaining to Gmail support center seems to be the only option.
But was it hacked by "hackers?" or someone who is close enough to you
to be able to guess or figure out your password?

What would a "hacker" want to "hack" his password for?
